The Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, & Security (DPTMS) Training Support Center (TSC) and Fort Gordon Soldier Proficiency Training Support Contract provides ORSA with an opportunity to demonstrate our capacity and capability for additional Prime Contract leadership, to further mature our partnerships, and to expand our Education & Training Services area.
