INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - Cyber Network Operations Security Support


As a Subcontractor to NCI Information Systems, Inc., ORSA Technologies provides operational and technical engineering support to the US Army Network Engineering Technology Command (NETCOM); including design, implementation, testing, integration, interoperability, and sustainment of information technologies comprising the Army’s Enterprise capabilities and initiatives.

Additionally, ORSA supports initiatives such as classified and unclassified environments, NetOps, data centers, information technology management, networking, telecommunications, transport, information assurance, information security, databases, storage, knowledge management, backup/continuity of operations, identity and access management, computer services, virtualization, and cloud computing.

ORSA supports the CNOSS Contract with Project Schedules, Implementation Plans, Information System Support Plans, Project Spend Plans, scheduling project meetings and providing overall project management support services for NETCOM Plans, Programs and Architecture Division in support of ACofS, G-5 PP&A, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Our on-site team members assist with, integration, and Project Management in coordination with the engineering staff to support and implement assigned NETCOM Enterprise Initiatives: NetOps, Data Center support, Management Services, Network (routing, switching, etc.), Operating Systems, Virtualization, Blade Server Support, SQL and Oracle Database services, Storage, backup, Directory Services, Thin and Zero Client and recommendations on both classified and unclassified environments.

ORSA assists NETCOM Government leadership with capability management by developing vision and direction for Army organizations to include formulation of IT infrastructure and services to produce a coherent IT environment in order to ensure NETCOM can Operate, Manage, and Defend the Army LandWarNet (LWN) consistent with, and as a part of, Joint and Combined Forces. Our direct support to architecture design, development and implementation also ensures Joint, Inter-Agency, and Multi-National architectures are integrated with the Army LWN IT Infrastructure plans and programs supporting the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of war including the deployed force and the institutional/sustaining base. Lastly, it ensures Enterprise-level compliance is achieved for the LWN to include the development of guidance to further define existing regulations and policies.
